Michael Butler - Business Agent/Recording Secretary

Brother Mike began at Sysco Foods in 1982. He was elected Steward on 1986. In February, 2004, Brother Butler became a Business Agent for Teamsters Local 492 representing white paper contracts such as Ameripride, Creamland Dairies, Sara Lee, Sun Valley Fruit, Hertz, Penske, and Alex Transportation.

In January, 2005, Mike took over UPS responsibilities for the Comanche Center in addition to representing members in the Northern half of the State. He handles 60-120 grievances a month. What doesn't get settled locally goes to the J.A.L.M. Panel on a monthly basis for Panel decision.
